Solution Overview

ViewPoint is designed to provide a complete solution for statutory and financial management of companies and trusts. Comprising separate modules that are built around a shared central database, clients can choose to implement one module, while leaving the option open to add other modules at any time to meet specific needs.

The figure below illustrates how the modules are integrated and share information.

Administrator provides a complete solution for the administration and management of entities including companies, trusts, partnerships, foundations and funds. It maintains comprehensive entity information such as statutory details, officers, related parties, ownership and beneficiaries. The template library includes statutory forms, minutes and correspondence templates for 25 jurisdictions. Administrator has an extensive reporting function. Information is easily cross-referenced and analysed via the enquiry and relations screens enabling clients to keep track of numerous entities.

Practice Manager integrates a multi currency Sales Ledger and Purchase Ledger with the Time & Disbursements module. This integration allows real time recovery of WIP, recurring fees, ad hoc invoices and disbursements. Debtor and creditor positions are easily controlled and reported. Targets can be assigned and productivity monitored and reported for individual users and teams. The matter specific billing allows client services and projects to be invoiced by different revenue companies and in multiple currencies. Instant straight-thru processing to both the client and in-house books in Client Accountant provides accurate and consistent accounting without duplication of effort.

Client Accountant is designed for businesses wishing to produce cost effective accounts for their clients’ entities. This program allows multi currency customisable charts of accounts. It has strong portfolio, treasury administration and NAV valuation functions for the management of an unlimited number of entities and their bank accounts, securities, fixed assets and portfolios. Emphasis has been placed on easy bookkeeping entries including a unique journal template feature. Client Accountant is delivered complete with a comprehensive library of fully customisable Excel based reports, account templates and statements.

Document Manager is a scanning, workflow and task management solution complete with auto indexing capability. Context sensitive search options provide instant document retrieval. Each document created in ViewPoint can be stored automatically or manually by keying in relevant index information. Furthermore, integration with industry standard software e.g. Word, Excel, Outlook and Explorer enables any file to be stored in Document Manager.

.WEB adds Internet access to ViewPoint solutions. It enables you to provide others with controlled and secure online access to information through an Internet browser. Based on Web page templates and profiles, .WEB is fully customisable in terms of content as well as Web look and feel.

Administrator Lite offers increased productivity for your company secretarial work with the automation of repetitive tasks and routine form filling aspects.
